It's actually a third eye, and the necklace is supposed to be like, external blood vessels, or nerves, or somethin'. It's able to see others' hearts, as in read their minds.

I like this for the most part, but her tail is really screwed up. I could see there being a hole in her panties for it, but the skirt's pulled up and only the edge is under it, but it looks like the skirt edge is completely underneath her tail....

So it looks more like she's got a mochi sitting on her butt than that it's her tail. ヾ(。￣□￣)ﾂ

And somehow her ear looks more like it's just something laying on her than that it's actually an ear as well. （ー△ー；）

She's wearing a long veil + white gloves, so wedding dress makes sense. But it looks like she's taken the actual dress off. (￣ー￣)
