It opens the first (on only, when there is only one) embedded picture in a tweet. But since it is already shown in the tweet itself, it’s useless to add it.
Man, I dunno why, but this looks great! I went through a few links and the artists name seems to be uroiti (on T anyway), but no artist tag is under that name here.
