Why order off uk Amazon with a Japanese address? The reason your credit card had that issue is because the information you put versus the real information on the credit card was no match. You need to contact amazon...

I think you need to aim what to learn

The first thing of all drawing knowledge, is learn the proportion
do some proportion from anatomy book lesson (anatomy book teaches what is human proportion)

Then you can start try drawing them, drawing a figure, practise your pencil strokes on a blank paper etc because people have to train their hands before really get into drawing an artwork like figure drawing

Then you would feel clueless how to draw a human figure, then you will need to learn anatomy of human.

I believe proko lessons help everyone who wants to learn art

I just want to add something to this

when you find something you are practicing say like a head from the tutorial mikeymanga then you do iterative drawing.

draw that same thing like hell, and pay attention to details like curves and proportions and try to match it as carefully as possible.

your aim is to be able to draw more accurately and quickly.

for example when I was learning japanese I was learning to write あ but it just looks so deformed and unperfect. you can see my notebook that has like 2 pages full of あ writing over several days , I can now write it accurately and consistently.
