The password also worked for me. Did you copy the password correctly without any spaces? I think you might've accidentally copied the password with an empty space somewhere. I hope you get what I'm talking about it.

I'm pretty sure the book was upload, at least I remember seeing it but it's most likely lost in some linked comment. Google doesn't search those :/ Try to look for @jueony text-links
