Is there rules on creating new tags?
I was trying to create "Pierced_Nipples" tag but someone keeps removing the tag from the images I started tagging. Just wanted to know if there was some rule I wasn't following.

It is a very specific, useless tag.

BTW, in my opinion that tag is outright meaningless.

we rarely add new general tags now.
