As for me, I would gladly pay a "subscription" every month, but I don't need any extras in return for it. I'm already grateful enough to be able to use this site without anything in return so far. I wouldn't mind if the fee was a few dollars higher either.
I don't really have either a "do" or "do not" opinion about your idea for restrictions though. Apart from the limit I guess I don't really use the other 2 features.

Extras for convenience wouldn't really bother me. I never use zip downloads, though I do use the download links on /post occasionally. As long as normal functionality isn't hindered, I couldn't care less. I would probably pay for a subscription anyway, and especially if it's only 4 bucks a month. Seems like a no-brainer, really.

I'm trying to model a "free to play" subscription where "convenience" options are available if you are a subscriber.
Like I said this is a brainstorm, not a I'm going to do this without input from community.
