There's currently no way to hide comments by certain users (that I know of). However, there is a script for danbooru to hide comments that you may be able to adapt for yande.re

If there is a user you feel is making inappropriate comments, please bring it to a mod's attention.

I agree, but it does sometimes have use for discussion of tags(though I suppose a forum thread for this could work).

The time comments are used for something useful is like 0.5% of the times (serious research has been carried to get to that percentage).
