The description for male is that the image contains only male characters. I have seen some posts lately tagged male that are predominantly male, but still have females in the image (eg: 298096).

Should we continue this practice and update the description in the wiki?

If you mind, please remove the tag when it is misused. Although I consider when an image barely features a female as in only a head in the distance or such and the male character is on first, the male tag can be applied as well.
