Well on Zerochan what they do usually is adding the artist's ID next to their names. One would be:
TAKA (ID 23455)
And the other one:

Wasn't there the pixiv id as part of the name at some points?
No standard or rule for that. Normally I just copy what danbooru is using. And pixiv ID is another good source.
In this case, the second one is tagged as ts_mix here because it's his pixiv id.
