i suggest you to analyze as deeply and intently as possible your most beloved artists' artwork. and im not talking about manga artists only. >anything< can be a source of learning and inspiration. also, dont be afraid to have an "inconsistent" style. u dont need to be a machine and draw every figure exactly the same way.
i think being open minded about art and very persistent never giving up are keys to work out your potential
