Please try not to ban whole class B IP ranges. That means thousands of individual IP addresses and I've already got complaints from (legit) users that they were banned for no reason.
I removed all the recent IP bans since I don't know which one affects them, but feel free to add back (in a smaller scale) if the vandalism comes back.
