Sorry, I just see this. As the CM I need to tell you that the problems you talk are not so. In the first place, my voice is not a representation of all the users and the staff of the site, it instead represents the typical and classic otaku culture. Values and perspectives of the otaku have been demonized in the last few years (high regard for beauty & purity, traditionalism, racism, militarism and elitism) as the result of the advancement of progressive views in the mainstream. Such advancement has been already detrimental to the anime culture and already has affected anime in the form of censorship, cancel culture, character assassination and more affronts given by persons who are not familiar with anime and manga. It is my duty to reject any kind of hostility toward true otaku fans and while I prefer to avoid any kind of political tweets, in this regard, China must take responsability for what they did and I will prefer to avoid the topic in the future.
