It just seems like you're always in denial.

denial of what?
So are the Patriots behind this?
Here in Germany it is kind of weird for me...there are this "müsli" things, with uncooked rolled oats, fruit/nuts/sth else...and that is very popular. There are some "normal" cereals around here (like "Special K" from kellog's or "Frosted Flakes" <and they "cheaper" versions of course>)...but i kinda miss (my favorite) Choko Krispis, corn pops and all-bran (those where the ones i used to eat in Mexico...U_U). Unfortunately "normal" cereals (not müsli) are pretty expensive here in Germany (especially kellog's...although there is a kellog's subsidiary here in Bremen :S)
Expensive? Really Toshio? Give me your price. I'll go do some converting.
(I hope that thing still works though.)

Anyway, what types of brand name cereal are there that's famous in your country?
By the way, I'm talking to people that DO eat cereal.

For America, or maybe just Illinois, I know of:

  • Trix
  • Frosted Flakes
  • Honeycomb
  • Rice Krispies (I probably spelled the latter word wrong)
  • Cheerios & Honey Nut Cheerios
  • Cocoa Puffs
  • Cocoa Pebbles & Fruity Pebbles
  • Apple Jacks (Don't like)
  • Lucky Charms (Don't Like)
There's more but I forget their names.
Most important one, azd. Honey Bunches of Oats with Strawberry. mhum :) very yummy.

I know some of those, honey nut cheerios are delicious :3 I just bought some.
The problem with cereal is whenever you really want some either the box is empty or you're out of milk...
well, i used to eat cap'n crunch... although cereal makes me edgy... the last thing i ate close to a cereal are rice krispies bars...

Forgot about Cap'n Crunch.

One of my favorites.

The thing with me is that I can't eat more than one bowl of cereal with milk...well I could but then I mess myself up and I hate feeling that condition.
Put cereal in a bowl of milk? No time for that, I eat some drink and two breads. Omelettes ocassionally.

Cereal first, milk later.
Liquid of any kind makes cereal taste like crap.

I have my cereal dry, with banana milk on the side.

...Banana-FLAVOR milk, you sick, sick people.

Also, just a heads up, my visits to this place are gonna be pretty erratic for a while. Not really my choice, sorry.

I went today to a supermarket and checked some prices:

Frosties<Kellogs>(600g) = 3.79€ (around 5 dls <63 pesos!!>)
SpecialK<Kellogs>(500g) = the same as Frosties but less content
Nesquick<Nestle>(375g) = the same as SpecialK but less content

(you can see that Kellogs is a bit cheaper cause of the subsidiary)

I guess it's not "that" expensive(lol)...but i guess i compare it to Mexico's price "back then" (and i'm on a low budget...).

I took some pics of the cereal aisle: http://yfrog.com/emdsc07310ijx

Wow...the Kellogg's cereals look different from what I see over here.

The bottom row with Vitalis was weird.
You know what they are Toshio?...and why are the top row lowered price and the bottom row higher?
Depression is a wonderful thing isn't it.....

They look like older box designs :)

But don't forget, the design of them changes per country.

Well true.

But they do update their designs when something new comes up, like America, don't they?
Do Corn Pops exist in the US?

Unrelated: My package with ALL my Air DVDs I ordered from eBay (series, OVA and movie) arrived today <3

Ebay is full of POS bootlegged items >.>

I really try to avoid ebay, especially for DVD.
I heard some people eat Stawberries with their cereal and such. Do any of you eat certain fruits or whatnot with your cereal? Curious. I just eat it with milk added.

I ate Lucky Charms before and didn't like it mainly because of the marshmallows. I guess that would be an example for me.

Anyone, besides spalose, have a favorite cereal(s)?
Since my tastebuds change often, it'll be between:

  • Frosted Flakes
  • Trix
  • Fruit Loops
  • Honey Nut Cheerios
Brand name things are the best in some cases. For me in cereal, always.

It's the real deal. It even came up with the special box for the series and OVA.

Actually, so far I've been satisfied with eBay's stuff. I am also aware about bootlegs. In fact, the thing me got, I had to literaly hunt it, as soon as it was placed on market I bought.
i like the ones with marshmallows in it...

what's wrong with banana milk?...

Lucky Charms?
Or another cereal with Marshmallows I don't know of?
Or just about every cereal that has marshmallows in them?

This one's probably directed to Zashi.
