Vitalis are these Müsli things i talked about (very popular as you can see). They are good...but i prefer cereal (though i don't consume it that much now).
I usually eat my cereal only with milk, but there was a time in which i experimented with bananas, but for me it didn't make that much of a difference and takes more time to prepare than if you eat the banana afterwards for instance (yeah, i am that lazy when it comes to food!)
