Hooray the site is finally back online. I missed all these highres pictures. Anyway do anyone have plans on what they do for Halloween? I don't have any plans right now but it might involve going T&T once again for the hell of it.

I don't have any plans... Brazilian government thought comemorating Halloween was too few "Brazil-like" and now, October 31th is officially "Saci's day" on Brazil. Very few people comemorate Halloween now, thanks to that... This sucks.

Whoever "donated" the server to admin2 probably did it...I assume unless it was admin2. I assume that girl is Moe's sister taking the little one's place. Her name would be Oreno.

It's Kousaka Kirino, the "ore no imouto" of Ore_no_Imouto_ga_Konnani_Kawaii_Wake_ga_nai, with the mascot doll.

In other news...I went to NYAF this weekend! There was a serious dearth of people with Pokewalkers.

Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu - Really nice animation, especially the background action. I'm not a fan of the Haruhi franchise, but I did enjoy the film.

Star Driver - Fabulous, of course.

Gundam Unicorn - I already saw the first episode, but they did play 14 minutes from the second. Preordered the second BD even though I don't know that much about UC.

Gundam 00 movie - Mostly I went to see this. Story was so-so, but the animation made even Haruhi look cheap. A few annoying people in the crowd, but overall I think it was a lot more fun watching with 500 other people rather than alone. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Will also buy the BD.

As for goods, I got pool #1404, the Cardcaptor Sakura Clow Cards book, All About Clamp and this.

I think I'll go again next year. :D

If I get permission to post full size image of the banner I'll upload it, but yes it was drawn for the site.

I also have another version that I need to upload once I get to it.

Topic is Halloween, so let's talk about what we're gonna do. In America, there's trick-or-treating for the kiddies (and some teenagers, and the adults get to eat whatever candy is left over ^-^) but I'm not sure what the rest of the world does outside of some scattered costume parties. What happens in your neck of the woods, guys?

Here in Finland there isn't really trick-or-treating (or at least I've never witnessed it) there's mainly some costume-parties that people have. I'm planning on having one with my friends :3

I know a lot of people were disappointed with the Gundam movie...but it's totally worth it for the sheer entertainment value. Each of the main characters has at least one moment of awesome.

Gundam 00 - Watched the series. Need to watch the Movie. Won't be possible though.

Halloween around here wasn't fun at all last year. Most kids who trick-or-treat around here didn't come around. So my family had a bunch of candy left over. :<

On another happier note, Fall seems to be the best season of anime for me this year. I'm watching over 5 new series, I may drop Bakuman. since it just butchers the characters. 2 have already become my favourites. ( The forever FABULOUS Star Driver and Panty & Stockings.)

I'm only watching Shiki from Summer, because it is really good.

if the internet is working when I am in shanghai I will try to talk about Halloween there....last time I went (4+ years ago) they did not really celebrate it

I remember 7 years ago my family would give out buckets of candy, last year I was home for Halloween and we only had like 5 groups come by. (´・ω・｀)

My driveway is too far and I think the kiddies and parent won't come this year again.

Saves me money on reeses and snickers again, ha ^^

That's sad, Halloween is cool. I miss it.

I actually wished the driveway towards our house was long, then I could have all the halloween candy to myself :P. Halloween has been one of my favorite holiday despite me being too old to go T&T.

Egging. That's why I can't stand or celebrate Halloween.
The egging incident, for me, started when I ran out of Snickers.

The assholes started throwing eggs at me and my cousin when we didn't give them Snickers. We ran out since I and my mother (she, at the time, was out helping my sister Trick Or Treat since my sister didn't want to go by herself alone in the night) were generous with giving out candy. This asshole and his buddies were mad when me and my cousin gave away the last to some children.

That asshole thought we were lying when we said we ran out. Hours later he returned and with his buddies. They started throwing eggs at us. The shit hit my head and I was mad...or rather really pissed when that happened...it hurted a lot!

Idiot assholes got mad just because I didn't have any more Snickers and gave the last to children. Such a stupid reason to throw eggs at us.

So I went into rage mode. I went back inside. I let my cousin to wield my long medieval scythe while I will use my long sword. As soon as they saw me and my cousin wielding those weapons, they ran quickly. I was getting ready to chase them until my mother's boyfriend stopped us.

If he didn't stopped us, I and my cousin would have went to jail. I wasn't thinking clearly at the time...so I'm glad he stopped us.

I don't want to experience that again and completely lose myself in rage.
I'm older now so I can control my emotions much better thanks to some "training"...but no more Halloween for me.
