About deleteing due to poor scan quality
I wonder how the administrators judge...

Anyway, if there are no other switching sources, I advise to take a little more thinking before deleteing. Poor is hard to define, but deleted image is even impossible to share.

Objectively. Deletions are at the mods discretion.

Scanning issues, binding discoloration, scanning dust, JPEG artifacts etc are definitions. If the image is unfixable for practical purposes then it should be deleted. Fault tags are used otherwise.

why this pool has compiled scans randomly? (-ω-)

Early scans (01-32) are from the artbook Form Code ([DPG]Range Murata Form Code[F44C5E26]), it is high-quality. Later scans are from every-month's magazine Comic Kairakuten, often in a height of 1400-1600 pixels.
Since the later ones have never been selected into any artbook yet, usually it's hard to fine other sources for replacement, only if you go for the magazines in the second-hand bookshop and scan again yourself...

Understood.
My point is, tech-related problems may not be the only option when making a deal... just a suggestion lol
Look, unless it's been double deleted (which is highly unlikely), deleted images are still accessible if you add deleted:true to your tag search. Rarity doesn't factor into my decision to delete an image.
