You're going to want the third or fourth option, depending on your wants, needs and whether or not the image was submitted as jpg or png. That should work for anyone...

I don't know why, but the full size images were returning 403 the other day, if you try later they are fine.

checked latter pages of ext:png, it seems jpeg files aren't generated yet
