from what I've seen she's not a loli, she just has a petite size body, I don't/can't read the light novels so i don't know any more info really

I know that very well, but there are people that will argue that age does matter when it comes to loli, so I didn't wanna start an argument with anyone >.<

Yes. As in the case of aisaka_taiga she isn't tagged loli. She has a petite sized body but is 16 goin on 17...So it really is a questionable case there.

um... loli is derived from the lolita complex... lolita complex is then derived from an old book called lolita...where an underaged girl is in a love taboo with a middle aged man...

I had accounted for artist, it still wasn't being applied consistently.
It is now applied to applicable rating:q and rating:e with better consistency.

Problem is that you cannot go after 'age' lets take example sasami from Tenchi Muyo, did you know she's 700 years old?

loli is pointless on safe material as it is intended as a blacklist tag.
