I'm in the middle of scanning the book, but they'll be stay hold for a while because I'm worrying the scan can affect the sale of the book (in Japan)

Contrary, the scans will make a good bait for people to actually buy it. At least that's how it works for me. :p

I believe most of us have same feeling. but I remember a case a company claimed to remove a new released artbook scan from some Japanese site.

I have the "Nanairo Aisu" book by her, but this one looks like it will be better. If I like the scans, I will buy the book. :)

I'm much more likely to buy something if it's scanned. I don't like spending $30-50 importing a book sight unseen; conversely, I grabbed the Toradora book in pool #1347 for a rather embarrassing amount, which I'd never have done without seeing it.
