Oshino Ougi hasn't been added to character tags and I don't know how to add a character, so could someone apt do it?

I figured out myself how to do it the other day, create the tag by just typing the correct name as a normal tag, click Tags at the top, view most recent and then hit Edit on the very right and change it to the right tag and then hit Save.

You can set the tag type when creating the tag by putting the tag type metatag before the new tag.
Example:

char:oshino_ougi

Use circle, copy, or artist for the other tag types.
