Plesae help verify if this version is upscaled.
It's getting more and more difficult to tell, but seeing as the user linked to a lower res image then I suspect it's upscaled.
Just a thought, but if there are no visible artifacts at all then maybe there is no issue? The spirit of the rule is to keep low quality images out right?
yeah, I think it was, I'm almost sure it was edited on the arm and head, and the left side of the face too, unless it was a revision, I compared the two side by side on and the result was very similar, the two lost details in the same places after upscaled.

This doesn't apply if an image is upscaled, or everyone will upload upscaled images via tools like waifu2x (the results are "no visible artifacts", too).
