Konchan doesn't seem like a good place to get images from. Where do you get a png version of this when the Twitter version is a jpeg?

It was from the one who posted it on Konachan. Otaku_Emmy.
Bc Konachan had strikt rules against artifacts. So you have to clean a Twitter Version first, before uploading.
