Seriously, that's no excuse for the FBI; it doesn't matter to them if the minors are being harmed or not; if they are under the age of consent, it's a crime according to the law.

Let me join.

I would really like to see some real unbiased studies of the positive correlation between CP and loli-content.
If anything, there should be a negative trend, since the intended audience is getting their rocks off on such benign stuff and not interacting with the law in a prohibited way.

I'm pretty sure most studies show a correlation between 2D loli material being popular, and less actual crime happening involving children.

I don't know what you mean, but everything I answered to Kawaiideath was just in the hypothesis of the situation happening in real life, because the guys up there brought up the "FBI, open up!" meme, and he was making justifications for the situation to be legally OK (if it were a real case scenario), and I was just countering his justifications. But it's all just a joke. Relax. :)
