Doesn't look upscaled at all. If you download the 1280x720 version and resize it to 2560x1440 it will (obviously) lose the definition and look blurry; then just compare the result with this one, this one is much, much sharper and with optimal quality; I just tested.

NN-based upscaling algorithm can be this good.

Based on the blurriness on blush and the "feel" of the line near her toes, I'd say it is indeed upscaled. But it's getting harder and harder to tell.

Well, it's impressive, then. I'd like to learn how to upscale images like that! The result was amazing! When I tested here I used a simple Lanczos3 filter for resizing the 1280x720 image. The result looks clearly upscaled, you can clearly see a loss of definition and sharpness; but this work was very sharp and with very good definition and quality. Although I suspected that a simple eroge wouldn't have a resolution of 1440p; the maximum I've seen was 1080p.

Such a shame it had to be deleted, it was a very good uncensored work and with good quality. Lucky me I found and downloaded it before deletion. :)
