There are all 28 pictures in this pool, but the resolution is not very high and there are frames. Should I upload them?

Anything (except physically scanned images) less than 1.6 million pixels will not be accepted.

Also, anything between 1.6 million and less than ~1.9 million pixels will require mod review and may have a chance of deletion. (So avoid uploading these too if they aren't obtained from scanning)

What about the frames? Will them bother?

I think it's OK as long as they aren't used to fulfill the minimum pixels' requirement?
