It looks like Rokuwata Tomoe's work so I added the tag. Correct me if I'm wrong, because too many touhou artists are similar ;__;

Can't really say Rokuwata Tomoe's art is similar to most of the others. Its rather distinctive when it comes to some people's art style. Especially how they draw the eyes makes it the biggest indicator. And yeah, I think that's probably Tomoe's work.

Ah.. maybe I just mean there are too many artists who is drawing touhou fan-art. :D
