I'd definitely vote that this futanari rather than trap. That face definitely looks feminine and the breasts, while small, are definitely larger than I'd expect on a guy.

Well, I can't read a lick of Japanese, so that doesn't help me any, but if others can it sheds any light on the problem, all the better. Of course, that just underlines the problem with traps: you can never be sure. They are traps after all.
