Other than Peco Artworks - Peco no Kiseki? No clue.
The one on the left looks like chikumaen_kaho, but I stopped tagging when I realised this art book seems to contain more than neko overrun.

These girls seem to come from another Peko copyright.

Definitely NOT Konayuki, Hanabira, Overrun, Manimani or Shotengai.

EDIT: DOES THAT ARTBOOK HAVE SOME NAMI NO MANIMANI ARTWORK? ;__;
