To be honest, I don't have an established process. I'm doing by trial and error recently. I've used smart blur from the last demgeki-hime, therefore the scans look sharp. incidentally, I process scans after resized to save filtering time. for another thing, I make edge masks and filtering selectively by color range. shadows are blurred strongly although they look sharp.
