I for one (maybe others too) prefer when I download a pool to have the fixed images. Maybe there needs to be an option to download pool original vs. fixed? i don't know if that's possible though - outside of making a new pool.

I'm start to agree with you since I find that someone often likes to add something more than just fixing the gap..(color adjust, detext, cropping..)

I had a conversation on IRC. Some of the mods are already checking 'fixed' images. If it's a poor fix, or slightly dubious, then it becomes the child scan. A good fix will replace the unfixed scan.
