I really think they are about age 30+. They're hot for their age, but their aren't how 19 years old girls should look like.

I really wanted to know what happened between A's and StrikerS (Vita-chan mentioned something in StrikerS), but the franchise seems only willing to go on forward in timeline (Force & ViviD).

And since the new cast (Subaru & Co) doesn't hit my taste, while Nanoha & Co. gets older and older, I guess that's it with Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha for me.
