They already announced that there will be a movie of GuP in 2014 and a OVA which will show the battle with Anchovy, it may be released in this year.

You do realize that recap episodes are what they do when they're behind schedule, right? And that they didn't knock any episodes out of the series? You're talking about two things that are mostly unrelated.
