This book was a little odd, for pages 20 and on, including the back cover, are upside down. So you'd read this mini comic starting on this page; in reverse of the page numbers.

Is it caused by binding fault of the book or just intentional?

Intentional, you're supposed to read half of it starting from one cover side, and the other half from the other cover side. You wouldn't know which was the front side without seeing the page numbers.

it's ok imo, I'd vote "keep it this way".
