i know i shouldn't be asking for help here but i'm having a few technical issues with yande.re they are as followed.
most of the site is showing up in Simplified Chinese is there a language setting where i can change it back to english? i don't know if this is a IP address bug, site bug, or if i accidently changed the language.
the second issue i'm having is it appears that i can't make a new thread in the forums otherwise i'd be asking about my first problem there.
is anyone else having the same issues as i am? and can anyone help me resolve these issues?

Can you create PMs?

when i clicked on Checkmate's avatar i didn't see anywhere i could pm him/her. i'm planning replying Checkmate in the forums and is there a list or a link to the admin? thanks for the help!
