I thought this was Kobato but looking at her face...it's Miyako because Miyako has a mature appearance while Kobato has that...I'm gonna say childlike appearance. Kobato's eyes are also blue while Miyako has.....that color. So more points go to Miyako.

Sorry if I'm being annoying. I just want to help and such.

No, that's not Miyako..it is obvious from the different hairstyle, not counting that Miyako is in the same class as Asuka, hence different school uniform from the one in the image.

Thanks a lot syaoran-kun. I JUST realized that and was rushing here to change that.

I forgot all about the class and uniform. Man I hate that didn't cross my mind!
