Why do vivio and einhart have developing breasts when their both 11 years old and in fifth grade? That's creepy and disturbing but then again nanoha is a "boys" anime the creator has never spoken to real life children or researched anything he wanted in the story he just copied someone else which is lazy. Look at cardcaptor Sakura do you see clamp putting small developing breasts on sakura and her friends while they're still in grade school no why because clamp was smart and interacted with real elementary school kids and researched elements they wanted in order to make the story the best it can be.

welcome to anime
I think they are just inconsistent with their age. they could be older here.
sometimes they look like they're 5 and sometimes like 16 and everything in between.

They never look like they're 5, don't exaggerate holy fuck.

Because of puberty? Some girls of this age, in the elementary school where I work, have quite nice breasts already.

So, for Einhard (13 in Vivid Strike!?) and Vivio (11) to have such developed breasts is not an aberration to me.
Over the past 5/6 decades girls in 'Western' countries have been getting into puberty at an increasingly younger age.

It has to do with the nutritious diet of those countries. There's studies done about it and all.

Now with Asian countries adopting western (fast)food trends more I can imagine that trend has been happening there too. For example obesity has increased a lot in urban Chinese areas recently, largely due to westernized food and western fastfood chains coming over ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obesity_in_China )

And yes, in the Western European country I live, there are plenty of (otherwise slim) ~11 year old girls with notable development in the chest area. I had one in my own class in primary school

How about… no?
not the kids I've seen there are girls who still have flat chests at that age how they are suppose to. in ccs the kids look and act their age and there was nothing creepy about ccs like tomoyo videotaping sakura it was 100% innocent and cute nothing sick about it at all. if ccs came out today some studio would perv tomoyo hobby like her videotaping sakura in the bath just to appeal to otaku.

Lolicon became much LESS prominent in anime compared to older times, so you can just shut it.
Kids shows don't do anything like that and innocent just like CCS was, and by the way, Tomoyo was actually in love with Sakura, and also in the manga, the teacher marries a little girl classmate of Sakura, so it's more "creepy" in that way than pretty much anything I can think of coming out this decade.

God damn do I hate it when some uneducated person starts sperging out about morals.
You again listen buddy i know tomoyo has special feeling for her best friend and i know the student teacher thing too I read both the manga and watching the old series in fact it's one of my favorites. But what separates ccs from nanoha is ccs had a sophistacated maturity about it that can be appreciated by anyone. Nanoha has none of that why does every rival character have to be milder fate clone and only a girl anyway? The one gender thing is dumb and just an excuse for the author to have girlxgirl just because milchilda is gonna die off soon do to lack of reproduction that cloning thing can only go so far.
Oh, so you're just a retarded shipperfag.
In that aspect no, CCS was horrible, two children, a little boy and a little girl falling in love and going through with it? Just no, please.
Also CCS is a shoujo manga meant for little girls, while Nanoha is a seinen, so they will be essentially different in pandering levels.
And for the record I agree that Nanoha has become a horrible series, but not because "Midchilda is gonna die because HURR I CAN'T STAND YURI".

Her cousin (actually, Sakura and Tomoyo’s mothers were cousins, so are their daughters). So, Tomoyo’s love for Sakura is not only homosexual, but incestuous too. Yay, combo!

And CCS is one of the manga series which includes the most “anormal” relationship types at once: except for Sakura and Shaoran, and Takashi and Chiharu, you have: a gay couple (Tōya and Yukito, and perhaps Clow and Yue), lesbian love (Tomoyo for Sakura, as well as Sonomi for Nadeshiko), pedophilia (Terada and Rika, Kaho and Eriol), incestuous love (Tomoyo for Sakura, Sonomi for Nadeshiko, and Mei-Ling for Shaoran; Light and Dark Cards could count, too)… Do I have to say more? Oh, I forgot Nakuru (albeit this character is canonically genderless, like Yue) for Toȳa.
That's what I mean ccs had "abnormal" relationships but they were so interwoven into the story that viewers have to watch multiple times to get it. That to me is a sign of a great writer someone who can make a show so well that no matter how many times its watched viewers can still take something away from it. The mahou shoujo of the 80's and 90's may have been about saving the world and friendship but they were unique enough to do their own thing instead of following a fad.
I still don't know what you're trying to say.
CCS was a shoujo series (target audience: little girls), ViVid Strike is a seinen (target audience: adult males) of course one will have fanservice and the other won't. It's not about the genre.
Tomoyo wouldn't be sexualized today (and you will be able to witness it soon since a new CCS series is starting), as well as any magical girls that are NOT seinen and airing today, but you probably don't know of (Precure for example has absolutely no pandering).
You are just wearing your nostalgia goggles and randomly complaining about things that are just, frankly, not true.
Nanoha is shit because the author is a talentless hack and they don't know what to do with the bloated cast or the retarded world that they have built up, not because of any fad following.
I agree nanoha is a bad series it potential but got boggled down by unanswered plot points, forgettable characters, and yuri every five minutes. The world they live in will go extinct do to lack of male/female reproduction. Tsuzuki is a man child who's never interacted with real living breathing human children he just saw some show got "inspired" by it and copy and pasted his story onto it. Unlike clamp who atleast researchs what they want in a story..
