And why does Kanna get a pass? These are things I don't understand.

There's nothing bad in sexualizing, hence glorifying her body.
It's a form of appreciation, and would make Chino happy to know there are people who love her so much.
And it's not like Kanna gets a pass outside of her anti lolicon anime.

Kanna gets a pass of what? There is plenty of adult doujin material of her too and there will only come more in the near future since the anime adaption only ended a couple of weeks ago.
