Its because she is technically older and more "developed" than the other girls...

After all she is over 900 years old, chronologically speaking...

I didn't think much of it at the time long ago seeing this (on a different website) but you are right. I believe things were a bit more acceptable back then.

Heh. Or the artist just messed up and didn't much of it at the time long ago. It happens at times.

There are some scans on this site and others that show some strange or a bit out of place parts of the body (anatomy is the word right?) for characters.
(You already knew that but I think you were going for a different point. Heh.)
