Apparently she goes by 'saber_extra' here. Which might have made sense when her only appearence was in that PSP game but nowadays virtually nobody will type that in the search bar when trying to look her up.

We can rename it to nero_claudius. But what about saber_bride? Keep it or rename it to something like "Nero Claudius (Bride)" like danbooru? From what I can see "Saber Bride" seems still to be the preferred name in Japanese communities (like pixiv).

you can put it to a vote. my thought was to keep it to the original name..to avoid confusion.
