Does anyone know how to get rid of grayish stuff like this in existing scans? From what I've seen, it's what happens when you try to use Greycstoration on an image with (regular) paper texture.

the rest images on the pool edited by suemura or kalafina haven't these texture.

If it were me, on Neat Image I'd set the luminance to a good 120/80% and from there if it's too contrasted, lower it from there.
