Bloomers are a type of underwear constructed much like boxer shorts worn by women. Most bloomers, unlike boxers, are gathered at the bottom of the legs. Often bloomers will be decorated with ribbon or ruffles at the waist and legs.
Bloomers are considered less private than panties, but are still regarded as underwear.
