Japanese body pillow printed with anime characters, usually in a state of undress or nightwear. Use this tag for images scanned from a 3D dakimakura, or an illustration that was printed on one.

Occasionally, pieces of a scanned dakimakura are posted. If you stitch one together, reparent the pieces to your post, and remove the dakimakura, fixme and stitchme tags from the original first piece and then hide the piece. If you upload pieces, make the first piece the parent, and hide the rest. Rate all of the pieces as if it were already stitched (e.x. rating:e for post #108695, even though genitals aren't visible in the specific post).
