howto:batch upload (Version 11)

Note: This feature is only available to Contributor level members or higher.

You can perform batch uploads at https://yande.re/batch
This enables you to automatically upload multiple images in just a few steps.

Start by clicking on "Queue uploads".

Enter the url where your images are located (i.e. your ftp or http server or webhost) and click "Load file index". (This can't be used with local files on your computer.)

The image files at the url you entered will be listed. You can select which files are uploaded (use Shift+click and Control+click for selecting multiple images). Add the tags you'd like to appear on all of the images and select a rating. Finally, click "Start upload".

The files you selected to upload will appear in a list. The "Status" column will show whether your image is pending, uploaded (with a link to the post) or whether some error has occured (e.g. image already exists, couldn't access file).

You can "Pause" and "Resume" your uploads, cancel them ("Cancel all uploads"), retry ones that failed ("Retry failed") and clear your uploads ("Clear finished uploads" - Note: this will clear both successful and failed uploads).
