This fault occurs when the source images for a book were too low in DPI (Dots Per Inch) to support print properly. Generally this occurs when the source image was lower than 175 DPI.

Images scanned from books printed from inadequate resolution images will be fuzzy due to the images printed in the book being fuzzy.
