Character: kouzaku mitori (Version 1)
Kouzaku Mitori (警策看取 Kouzaku Mitori?) nicknamed as Mi-chan (みーちゃん?) is an antagonist in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Manga. She is a mysterious girl who works under the orders of Kihara Gensei and is currently targeting Misaka Mikoto's Sisters.
