Faults: scanning artifacts (Version 2)

Scanners digitize images by sampling many vertical sections of the image on the scan bed. Images where the vertical lines are still visible are tagged with "scanning_artifacts".

Some artifacts can be removed with the help of NeatImage and GREYCstoration, but if your scanner constantly produces images with many scanning artifacts, you probably need to get a better one.
