A bit late.. but I don't think it's a good idea whenever I search it. Maybe pantaloons isn't a clear word to describe these costumes, but they're obviously different from sport burumas. Thus even just delete this tag (gym_uniform is enough basically) is better than merge it with bloomers mechanically. It makes the result of bloomers very pointless IMO.
