No, I use a default install of Firefox and not downloading anything at all, and never have more then 2 pages loading at the same time on the site either.
I get that sometimes too, even when i'm not editing tags and suches too. I think it mostly likely due to the server.
I think it has to do with the caching, I haven't really changed anything else on the server.

I think I solved the problem, caching is enabled again. Let me know if it occurs again.
Yep the problem seems to be solved, have yet to get the error back again.
