I prefer the V330: It has white LED illumination which has wider illumination spectrum compared with the LiDE 210 which runs on RGB LED, leading to better color reproduction. Also, V330 has CCD sensors instead of the CIS that LiDE 210 uses. Which of the two has better color reproduction is disputed, but CCD has definitely a larger depth of field, which can be handy if you want to scan something that is not perfectly flat, such as a book.
I haven't used a modern CIS scanner though. So it's just a personal bias maybe.
