too bad i think you can't download it, since it's not swf or gif....i think basically ugoira consist of some frame picture...

I have yet found out how to and the files that it comes from gets 404ed. Essentially it's a container of frames that pixiv loads from.

There are some users at Danbooru who have figured it out, link to the thread here. It is not an easy process.

I would just watch here and hope someone converts and uploads it.
